WHERE IT STARTED
Our story began five years ago when Davis, a native Texan living in Thailand, fell in love with the art of barbecue. What started as weekend cookouts for family and friends quickly turned into an obsession. Davis spent countless hours mastering the craft, experimenting with rubs, marinades, and wood combinations, always striving for that perfect bite.
Four years ago, Davis teamed up with his partner, Rotjana, and started doing delivery orders on weekends from their backyard smoker.
