Locally raised Chiang Mai pork belly, dry cured in salt and brown sugar for one week and cold-smoked for four hours. 

Reheating Instructions

Slice 'em as thick or as thin as you want and pop 'em on medium heat in a pan.

Specific heating instructions are provided with each order.

Keeping it fresh

  • In the Fridge: Store your smoked meats in the refrigerator for up to 1 week to maintain peak flavor and tenderness.
  • In the Freezer: For longer storage, freeze your BBQ products for up to 1 year to lock in that smoky goodness.

    Remember to always keep your meats tightly sealed in their original packaging or an airtight container to preserve their freshness. When you're ready, just thaw and heat for a BBQ experience like no other!

Shipping & Returns

We ship with a refrigerated truck and it usually takes 2-3 days anywhere in Thailand.

Perishable items cannot be returned.
