All our sausage is ground, cased, cured and cold-smoked in house on a wood fire with all natural ingredients. A 2-day process from start to finish. Smoked fresh daily.
Classic: 100% Wagyu brisket base, filled with fresh garlic, paprika, and other spices.
Italian Fennel: Pork based sausage, filled with fresh Italian herbs, and plenty of crushed fennel seed.
American Breakfast: Pork based sausage filled with herbs, house cured bacon, sage and real maple syrup.
*All sausage arrives 100% cooked, smoked and ready to go! Just reheat and eat!

Reheating Instructions
For best taste, we recommend that our smoked sausage is heated on an outdoor grill, however an oven or stovetop works well also.
Specific heating instructions are provided with each order.
Keeping it fresh
Keeping it fresh
- In the Fridge: Store your smoked meats in the refrigerator for up to 1 week to maintain peak flavor and tenderness.
- In the Freezer: For longer storage, freeze your BBQ products for up to 1 year to lock in that smoky goodness.
Remember to always keep your meats tightly sealed in their original packaging or an airtight container to preserve their freshness. When you're ready, just thaw and heat for a BBQ experience like no other!

We ship with a refrigerated truck and it usually takes 2-3 days anywhere in Thailand.
Perishable items cannot be returned.
