At Dinky's BBQ, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.

1. Frozen BBQ Products (Perishable Items)

a. Non-Returnable Items

Frozen BBQ products are perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.

b. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

c. Incorrect or Missing Items

If we send the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will correct the issue promptly.

d. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays, theft, or spoilage caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Failure to retrieve the package on the delivery day

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order and store it properly upon delivery.

2. Merchandise (Non-Perishable Items)

a. Returns

Merchandise, such as apparel and accessories, may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

b. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return, please contact us.

Provide your order number and details of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. If you have not received your refund within this time, please contact us.

5. Cancellations

a. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes, especially for orders already processed or shipped.
